CAREER DEVELOPMENT & AFFILIATIONS
Our Affiliations team works to identify high-quality potential real estate candidates and walks them through the entire licensing process. They also provide a concierge level of service for all agents joining Homesale Realty, helping them complete their affiliation paperwork and navigate their new technology tools. Our Career Development team provides training and coaching that allows us to meet our agents where they are and help them get to where they want to be. TECH SERVICES
Homesale’s Tech Services team is comprised of I.T. professionals who provide on-site network support at the office level. Our team is in charge of office network infrastructures and company phone systems. They also order and install all office computers and devices.

ACCOUNTING
The accounting department maintains listing history, written and closed business and processes commissions. They maintain history of expenses and bill agents monthly, provide monthly reports and generate 1099 on earnings yearly. They also submit payments to tax and retirement accounts and offer payroll services for agent assistants.

RELOCATION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The Relocation & Business Development department handles & distributes all leads that come into the company, giving the listing agent the first opportunity. It is staffed 7 days a week. They also develop relationships and new opportunities for our agents in several areas of the industry including corporate relocation management, broker-to-broker business, REO listings and internet lead resources.

LEGAL TEAM
An attorney-staffed Legal Division is available to assist Homesale Agents with questions that require a legal opinion.
