More About Getting Your License

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE LICENSE

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of application for the license
• Applicants must meet any other requirements that the Real Estate Commission establishes

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

1. SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE PRE-LICENSING

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires that you complete the 45-hour Real Estate Practice Course & the 3-hour Real Estate Fundamentals Course. You can complete this at your own pace (wherever/whenever) through the interactive online & mobile-friendly platform.

2. PASS THE REAL ESTATE LICENSING EXAM

• • At a certified test center, where you are proctored in a live environment. On-site scores a provided upon completion of the exam.
  • Remote online, where you are proctored via webcam. Your scores are emailed to you.

3. JOIN HOMESALE REALTY & COMPLETE ACCELERATE^SM TRAINING

After you successfully affiliate with Homesale Realty, the ACCELERATE^SM program will ensure that you hit the ground running and get your career off to a great start!
